# Overview

C14, named after the carbon-14 isotope that symbolizes both innovation and stability, is positioned to become a leading lending hub in the Astar zkEVM ecosystem. A key feature of our platform is Real-World Asset (RWA) lending, including the unique offering to lend and borrow USDC against short-term U.S. Treasuries, assuring a minimum guaranteed APY of 4.7+%. In addition, C14 introduces the option to borrow USDC using RWA tokens as collateral, giving our users more flexibility and options. Combined with the advanced features of Aave V3, we aim to provide a seamless user experience, intuitive functionality, and transparent and inclusive governance.
